FAQ's
NO. Bar
Professionals does not have a liquor license, nor does it need one to
serve alcohol on a hosted basis in a private establishment or venue when
we serve our clients alcohol. However, if the event location requires us
to have a liquor license or when we offer Cash Bars...we have off
premise catering liquor permits that allow our company to provide
alcohol service.

As
professional bartenders, do you assume the responsibility of making sure
that our guests do not have too much to drink?
As the
host, you are ultimately responsible for your guests, even the ones who
go away drunk. As professional bartenders, it is our job to practice
responsible alcohol awareness. WE WILL REFUSE ALCOHOL SERVICE
to anyone, who in our judgment, has had too much to drink. You will be
notified throughout the course of the event of people whom we would
suggest cutting off, so we can take proper action in finding them a ride
home or a cab. We do not allow anyone, other than Bar Professionals
staff to serve drinks to guests, especially ones who have been cut off.
It is our policy to stop serving 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of
an event.
IT IS AGAINST BAR PROFESSIONALS POLICY TO
SERVE ANYONE UNDER THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE OF 21.
-
Are your bartenders
certified by T.A.B.C.?
All
bartenders we hire are from reputable bartender staffing agencies and
are all TABC certified.
-
How much alcohol
and which kind should I buy for my next party?
Our Beverage Coordinator will work closely with you
to develop a drink selection for your event. This can range from beer,
wine, liquor, margarita machines, and keg beer.
